How We Use Your Personal Data

We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract; a legal obligation; your consent; legitimate interests pursued by our company or a third party.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Account setup: To set up and administer your account, provide customer support, verify your identity, process payments and send important account and service information pursuant to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Verification: To verify your age and registration details, including disclosure to third parties (e.g. financial institutions) to comply with our legal obligations.
  • Personalisation: To develop improved services based on customer preferences and usage patterns, in order to deliver relevant content and improve your experience.
  • Risk Management: To manage risk and comply with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
  • Marketing Communications: To deliver marketing communications across various channels in accordance with our legitimate interests. Marketing materials will include opt-out instructions. You may update your marketing preferences at any time by contacting our support team. Please allow up to 48 hours for changes to be processed. Note that even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send important account-related communications.
  • Regulatory and legal obligations: To comply with crime prevention, fraud prevention and other regulatory obligations, and to respond to requests from government agencies and public authorities.
  • Profiling and automated decision-making: In accordance with our legitimate interests, we may perform automated decision-making or profiling based on location, age, gameplay and other personal data. You have rights in respect of such processing — see the Your Rights section below.
  • Other purposes: To manage risk, protect our rights and property, and to maintain and improve our systems.

Retention of Your Information

We keep your data for as long as is necessary for legal or business purposes. When there is no longer a need to hold it, we will delete it securely or anonymise it. We may be required in certain circumstances to retain your information for an extended period — for example under responsible gambling, self-exclusion or AML obligations.

Data Security

We take appropriate technical and operational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, unlawful use, accidental loss, corruption or destruction. Technical measures include encryption, tokenization and password protection. Operational measures include limiting access to databases containing account information.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Notice of substantial changes may be provided by email or on our website. All changes are effective as of the stated updated date, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Verification Policy

By registering an account with us, you consent to the Casino conducting verification as required. We reserve the right to request verification documents following deposits and/or prior to processing a withdrawal.

Where required for fraud or anti-money laundering investigations, we may request additional information to ascertain your source of funds and/or wealth.

For verification purposes, we may request:

  • A valid identity document (passport, national ID card or drivers licence);
  • Evidence of the deposit method used, such as a copy of the payment card showing the cardholder name (if applicable);
  • Proof of residential address, such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months.

Where deemed necessary, documents may also be required to be certified by a registered Notary.

Casino services are available only to persons who meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction. Anyone found to be underage will have all gameplay voided and any winnings forfeited. We may also report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All documents provided to us will be held in confidence and stored for five years from the date your account is closed, unless a regulatory obligation requires a longer retention period.

We take a risk-based approach to mitigate money laundering, fraud and criminal activity. An account may be frozen and payments withheld where we are unable to verify the Player's identity.
